During today's workout, I've noticed I definately feel stronger getting my hands around the negative gripper. Just hope my close work is improving as well, cos it was the close, rather than the sweep, or the mid range, that was my sticking point.

That's something good I noticed, just handling and setting a hard gripper makes it start to feel closeable and your overcrush gripper feel like a toy.

Phase II Week 3 Day 4 done, and I don't wanna play this game no more! I've got callouses on my callouses, bruises on the bonier parts of my palms (not that there's much about me that's bony) abd just as my hands stop aching, it's time for another workout
Still, managed to pinch a blob cut from a 37.5Kg legacy bell to full deadlift, cos it arrived today and the postie refused to deliver it cos of the weight so I had to go to the sorting office to get it...well, couldn't resist giving it a go and you should have seen the looks I got from the people there, the postmen were refusing to lift it AT ALL cos of the weight and I picked it up with one hand! Dontcha just love it when that happens?
Also been playing with my new formulator (nice piece of kit, but NOT designed for fat blokes, I almost broke my arm the first time I tried it!) and doing some KB work: swings, hand to hand and presses.
Oh, and I'm still doing at least 30 mins brisk walk every day.

Health and safety thing! 25kg MAX and that's a lift from waist height to waist height! www.hse.gov.uk/pubns/indg143.pdfI remember when cement/plastering sacks were 1 or 2 cwt. You used to be able to get a sandbag work out at work, not anymore. Your washing machine lift is definitely contrary to health and safety regs. ! LOL

Haven't you read the feedback? I'm well within the health and safety regs: It's made from cardboard/I'm using a hidden counterbalance/it just plain doesn't weigh 200lbs...despite the fact it nearly pulls a 350lbs man off his feet when I get my glove caught trying to let go! So I'm perfectly safe.

Day 3 complete.
As soon as I've finished KTA and rested my log will become more interesting, promise!

How's it going so far, do you seem to be gaining? I'm thinking of doing a 'KTA lite' routine I've come up with that uses most of the same principles, but with more rest days and a bit of rolling thunder, pinch and formulator allowed.

I would imagine that I have made gains, I've just TNS'd an RB210, which I could do before, but not when my hands/arms are this tired. I could only do it fresh, after a couple of days rest.
Arms just seem permanently fried, if I didn't only have 2 sessions left before the cool down, I think I'd probably jack it in, if I haven't made a significant gain when it's all over and done with, I'll be severely disappointed.

I'm done, just the final phase to go now. I've got callouses on my palms now, which has never happened to me before, I've done 196 HEAVY closes this week, in each hand, so 392 total, in anyone's language, that's a lot over 6 days.
Rest, glorious rst tomorrow.

Started the final phase, when this has finished I doubt I'll want to have anything to do with grippers for a goodly long time! Which in a way is a good thing cos I'll be able to concentrate on pinch vbar and wrist strength.
