Trippled the nec. dynamic thumb work, did extra BTR close work.

Lotz of extra thumb, but cubital tunnel syndrome's back, and it's kicking 7 bells out of my capacity to do negs, so did extra negs to make up for it.
Extensors worked in PM workout.

Days 4 and 5 completed. Extra BTR closes done, extra thumb work done. Started using powerball for warm down work

Phase 1 week 2 complete. Had to tape the last joint of my pinkies as it was beginning to get painful.
Will do some blob work later on.

Phase 1 Week 3 Day 1 complete.
Did 4 sets of thumb work. Thought: KTA really seems to neglect the thumb, maybe if this has an effect, I'll buy KTA2 and impliment both at the same time next time.

Days 2+3 completed. I seem to have injured my left wrist, I'm getting some rotational pain from pronation. I'll have to keep an eye on that.

Day 4 done. Beginning to look forward to the wind down week before phase 2. More extra thumb work done.
Wrist is still sore, but no more so than yesterday.

Day 5 complete, forearms are fried. Extra thumb work done, some blob, some plate pinches, and more clamp work.
Wrist is now slathered in deep penertrating muscle rub and strapped up in a wrist support, it doesn't feel any worse than before, but equally it's not feeling any better, so maybe this will help.
1 more workout to go before rest day and wind down week, that'll be nice.

Phase1 Week 3 complete, did dynamic thumb work until failure this morning, and then again this afternoon, gonna do another set this evening. hands are fried but thumb feels almost omnipotent today!

It's supposed to be a rest day today, but I managed to filtch a small piece of scaf pipe from the local building site, got 4 5Kg (11lb) plates to full deadlift with it (pipe weighs 5lbs even) and air under 5 plates.
These are serious, SERIOUS PR's, all that thumb work has paid off.

Phase 1 Week 4 day 1 complete. Not showing any improvement on goal gripper, but forearms still feel fried. Frankly after the last 3 weeks it doesn't really feel like I've done a workout, but then I suppose that's the purpose of a wind down week.

Phase II Week 1 Day 3 complete. Still doing extra thumb work.
Also I'm not doing any cardio since I told the boss to shove her job (I used to do a lot of walking round the office), so I'm going to start walking every day and posting it here as a motivation to keep doing it.
