Hi, I just joined because this board was recommended on one of the sites I read. I think britain has been a source of physical culture before many countries were even established, all the old greats used to come exhibition there, so there's got to be a good repository of stuff.

Hi, Welcome!
Yes Britain had its golden era in the theatres in the early part of the last century.

Hello, British Hand Strength Association
My name is Christopher, I am from the United States of America. I live in Oklahoma.
I came here to get information on the hand training stuff. You know grip. I have thought about buying the Vulcan hand gripper. It just cost to much right now and I would need a credit card. I try never to have those, they are a form of legal slavery.
I have studied martial arts most of my life to stay in shape and to learn thing about different cultures. Now that I am nearing 40 years old I would like to keep some of my hand strength and learn more about how the body seems so based of the vitality of the hand.
later nready.

Only if it's hand pulled! I ain't wasting good money on that suremix cr@p!
Personally I find squeezing really hard helps. Other than that, negatives and overcrushes. I've gone off strapholds since I didn't watch my foot placement and a 5Kg plate landed on my pinkietoe.

I havent tried negatives yet. Ive just started doing overcrushes, find them quite effective. What do u think of the imtugs? ive got a number 5,seems fairly good.
