Just got a PR of 28kg on my hub device but gripper strength seems down at the mo, maybe by this time next year.

Some more pinching PRs but grippers still down! Took the paint off my 45kg Legacy blob a while back and haven't been able to lift it since. The finish is very slick and this is a PR I'm very pleased with.

Hopefully not too premature but grippers seem to be coming back again: A PR but only really because I never tried before.

Been using parallel choke work as a finisher. This is a PR for me.

The left hand is slowly getting it's strength back since the dislocation/break? of the middle finger. Just shut a level 13 on the VHG. ...looks like it might be a longer haul than I'd first anticipated, was thinking around 6 weeks, now it's looking more like 3-6 months...but |I'll get there.

Just nailed a post injury PR of a VHG level 15 close...nearly back to where I was!

Grippers are progressing slowly, level 15+band lefty and level 14+band righty for consistent solid singles from a little wider than parallel sets. Just hit a pinch goal I've been chasing, 30kg both hands on my hub device for a PB.

Poor quality but... ...an absolute PR injury or no. Convinced I'd get there no matter the timescale...and I have. Now to get consistent and then nail the block set cert.

Not a PR perse as I've closed this before but this time it was a good solid close rather than a balls out crush to touch the handles. Another wee step forward.

A PR TNS, a little stronger and another step closer.
