Going to make this: (Filed HG350) my short term goal gripper as a step towards the RB330N...seem to be making steady progress at the mo.

Thaanks.

Hi Nick, I don't have a training schedule as such, it's more a random mixed bag of various training types, using heavy singles, negatives, narrow work, CCS and TNS. The only thing I don't tend to use is high rep work, very rarely getting into double figures. Same thing goes for sets/reps rest days. Sometimes I'll just hit singles throughout the day other times I'll decide on a definite # sets/reps and stick to it. It's a very disorganised approach but I'm still making consistent gains. Hit a couple of PRs today using my VHG, got a Level 13 MMS close with my left, missed with the right: (Close)and Level 12 CCS both hands: www.davidhorne-gripmaster.com/vulcanhallofame.html jumping 2 levels to leapfrog Sam on David's cert list. Won't stay that way for very long if Sam decides to get a vid sorted! I'm 5'8" and around 90kg, waist is about 37".

Because they can be cocks. It's also probably because the Vulcan cert scheme is either a 20mm block or CCS and so no records etc exist for MMS. That a mod decided to lock or delete a thread is... well. Don't get me started on expressing yourself on that site if the face doesn't fit etc.

Using a couple of #64 bands for micro loading, first a single band, climbing to the top then double bands and climb again. I've two more jumps before I double up on the bands for the final climb to level 16! uk.youtube.com/watch?v=UY6yqwizUF0

Peak strength seems to have dropped off, so I've backed off with some rep/volume work on my #2, RB210 and RB240. Been a couple of weeks now so looking to ease back into some maximal work with some chokered work: uk.youtube.com/watch?v=FSZKC7-VgMkI'll see how it goes as I work back up, if it's still not there I'll drop back to the lighter grippers and concentrate on endurance for a while longer.

Not really goal related but a hand strength PR for me: Been doing some hub work recently which I think has translated to some overall hand strength improvement.
