The Robert Baraban X-Frame Professional quality Grip Machine
Suitable for both high level home gym and commerical gym use the x-type gripper is extremely effective way to train your grip. You can use at least 8 different hand-grip variations on the X shaped handles. With the floor pedal you can lift up even the heaviest weights with very little effort for negatives/eccentric training.
Construction
Weighing in at about 20 Kg, it is made from heavy duty tubing (50mm x 50mm x 4 mm (steel wall thickness) with internal measurements of 40mm x 40mm x 4mm) you can see it's been made to take some punishment. Easy to assemble and diassemble and sitting on a heavy base.The handles are welded in
several layers , that means they are not only welded outside, but they are welded completly through the material for nigh-on undestructable use
and abuse.
Load capacity
The x gripper has two loadable pins of 25mm diameter and approximatly 30cm length. You can use both standard and olympic plates. Tested to 300Kg (660lbs) using 20Kg plates.
