Just thought i'd start this thread with my short term goals, my next grip session probably won't be for a week or so as i am currently resting the hands/forearms. Grippers and hub lifting is all i'm really focusing on at the moment, im doing a little bit of DU bending and Vbar monthly.
Short - term goals:
Close the RB330N with a parallel set. - i'm very close on this one, the closest i've been is around 1mm maybe less.
Close the COC #3.5 with a parallel set. - about a 1/4" away, hopefully i'll get this by early next year at the latest.
I've lifted 20kg in hub lifts infact i've lifted 21kg, but am yet to be able to do this under camera, hopefully i'll get this soon.
Longer term goals:
TNS and CCS the COC #3 - still quite a ways from achieving this, but looking to cert on the gripper at some point next year.
lift 2x20kg plates 1HP.- i can comfortably do 2x15kg plates but am still yet to get air on the 2x20s hopefully i'll get this feat soon.
When im training i'll tend to do 2 or 3 grip sessions per week, then ever couple of months (like right now) i'll take a couple of weeks off to recover.
