If we get enough interest I'll add some of the basic techniques used in various well-known grip exercises here. Post your technique questions and I'll either say 'look here' and point you to where it's already been answered or update the 101 on that lift or movement to include the new reply.
The short starting list is as follows Grippers 2 Hand Pinch V-Bar Thick handles
Grippers Setting a gripper No set closes / TNS CCS closes - use of a credit card passed through the handles prior to a close. Once done there may be NO further adjustment. Cleaning a gripper Inverting - simply put, closing a gripper upside down. 2 Hand Pinch
