Highlights of comp was:
Steve getting to about 2 inches away on 117.1k on the Two Hands Pinch.
Alex whirring out 197 revolutions on the Orbigrip. No wonder he has incredible endurance on the armwrestling table.
Solid all-round performance for Nick - congrats on win!
Interesting to see some great numbers done by gals and gals who haven't done any grip training in a looong time! These include, Nick McKinless, Jim Wylie, and Jim Mills. Elizabeth Horne and Alex Horne have been just armwrestling. David Elmer has put 5 grip sessions in recently after over 10 years break from training, and Jason Horne and Oliver Horne haven't even trained in ages!
Steve G should do very well later in the year, as long as he brings up his endurance strength. We've chatted about that.
