Just a short note, when i am bending DO style i find it very difficult to put my hands under my chin and tend to do all of the bending at chest level, but everything i have read/seen on video everyone puts their hands right up under their chins, my question is do i carry on as i am or do i try and do it the same way as everyone else? and also am i loosing any power doing it at chest level, your thoughts are most welcome cheers Dave.

Think the best place to ask is on the gripboard as the best DO benders are there.
I'm like you, just can't get the bar anywhere near my neck or even high chest. But then I've had a serious shoulder injury and surgery leaving my flexibility very poor.
