Thanks Steve. My tshirt arrived today and looks great. I will have to get waxed and a tan ...and maybe do a few bicep curls .....now that my arms are on show

We've added a Gym membership to the BHSA today. It will be £20 for up to 10 members, and £2 extra after per head.
This is an incentive to get names down from big clubs who probably won't join. It also helps a lot in the current financial climate.
Also maybe will be a catalyst for some gyms to run some small low-key comps.
