What a knobber. This is the dolt that last year was heating, foot stamping and so on his grippers. For the last 24-hours he's been allowing people to think a video of Dave Morton deep setting and closing a 4 was him. No actual claim but he still went ahead and allowed it.
Then you read his log and it states, quite clearly that while he got his first gripper in 2005 he's 'only been training a month' Note that he did not say 'back training...'. His log also seems to show he's good for a CCS 3 and maybe a set 3.5 Ben Edwards guesses who he is and insists on 'Steels' fessing up. He also offered to test the 3 and the 3.5 and Ben and one other offered to sent decent ones to test 'Steels' true strength.
Now he'll be forever marked as a lier. It wont matter that he might one day get to the level he's claiming now who's gonna believe him?

So he's Timmy, Charles, Steels...and now there's a new guy on the GB named robdudley that joined just after Steels was banned, that reckons he's closed the 3 with less than 1 years training. (It's by no means impossible, after all, Fred did it (git!) with 6 months training. But then Fred's a free climber, with all the advantages that brings!) However. After his "Hello" post, the first post he made seemed, to me, to make light of David Wigren's #3 close...

Different writing style i think. He sounds more English.
Steels is/was just a troll plain and simple. This does take the piss a little considering the amount of effort we put into our training to get to where we are (closing #3.5s and above etc...)

Just an observation: RobDudley's gone very quiet, and DannyGrip seems to be talking with an awful lot of authority for someone with only 15 posts to his name...
