Can someone help me out here? I am kinda working blind as I can't view youtube at work and only have dialup at home. Brendan (verdigriz from the gripboard) took pity on my crappy dialup access and helped find footage to include (see below). I have not watched it as that would take me a lifetime. I trust that it is not porn! I know David posted bending ones but I can't view them to compare with Brendan's ones below. I'd prefer either 1) heaviest weight lifted or 2) best example (clearest showing of rule application). Multiple examples are beasts on bandwidth (as a dial up user you'll know this). Plus said links will also get their day in contests threads. I think of what we are doing here as though it was a virtual BHSA manual.
I'll see if I can embed the examples you've suggested.
Nick's was not hooked (it was me that said I thought it was).
