Hi to all our BHSA members. Thanks for signing up. I'll post up as much info as possible so as to make this forum and the BHSA pages and website a virtual handbook for you. A lot of work has been done and we've a bunch more to do.

On the BHSA forum you'll find links to grip friendly sites, info on upcoming events (check the calender), training tips and articles and more. I'll be busy the next few days creating sub divisions and sub forums - if there's a feature we can have, you'd want and it's not yet done just ask and it'll be considered.

The focus will be on the BHSA and it's members and moving our sporting interest forward but we'll have sections on other stuff as well just to keep it interesting.

Please feel free to create training logs - you'll have no problems with photos etc (I use www.imageshack.us to host mine). I have mine on several sites and copy and pasting is easy.

You will all know each other already and 90% of you will have met so keep it friendly. David Horne and I want to move the sport here in the UK forward and by example elsewhere. We need you to show even greater support than you already have. Together we can do something very special.
